Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager – Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

What You’ll Do:Lead and mentor a multi-discipline engineering team on overhead transmission line projects.Manage scope, budget, quality, and schedule to exceed client expectations.Serve as Engineer of Record and ensure all designs meet industry standards and codes.Collaborate with project leadership, design teams, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges.Review and approve design packages, calculations, and construction documents.Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development proposals and cost estimates.Travel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:10–12 years in structural engineering design for high-voltage overhead transmission lines.5 years in a lead or supervisory role with multidisciplinary project coordination.Expertise in PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading design, and foundation design.Previous experience in an engineering consultancy environment.Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company with clients.
Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.At least 8 years of relevant work experience.Based near a local office and able to work onsite 3 days/week.Must pass a background check, motor vehicle records review, and other onboarding requirements."
Pay: $170,000.00 per year
