Production Lead Job Description
Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm on call as needed
Salary- $45-50K
Requirements:
MUST HAVE mechanical abilities.
Good Supervisory Skills
Must have Computer Skills
MS OFFICE particularly Excel
Data entry
Must be good with numbers
Must be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
Must be willing to work “Hands on”
Must be forklift certified.
Experience operating warping machinery and working in a textile facility
Good verbal and written communication skills
Duties:
Train to perform Invoicing
Inventory Control of all Warehouses
Inventory Tracking – Yarn, Beams.
Preparing shipping / receiving paperwork.
Purchasing and MRO maintenance
Minor repairs
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduling
Production Control
Supervision of employees
Enter Quality Control and Process data into spread sheets.
Maintain Various Spreadsheets and programs for Warehousing and Beaming.
Help Pull and label orders for shipping
Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork
This is a PHYSICAL job. You must be capable to work in a very physical environment.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
