- Sunday - Thursday 9:30PM - 6:00AM OR 11:00PM - 7:30AM
Hourly Pay: $16.00 - $17.00
Job Description
As a Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling metal parts, packing and operating machinery to support production needs. This role requires the ability to cross-train in multiple stations, work at a steady and efficient pace, and achieve daily production targets. Reliability is essential, as consistent attendance is required, especially during the initial training period.
Responsibilities
- Assemble metal parts according to production requirements
- Operate a rivet machine safely and efficiently
- Cross-train and perform in multiple workstations as needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Consistently meet or exceed daily production goals
- Maintain excellent attendance, with no scheduled days off during the first two weeks of employment
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
