Primary Purpose:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives: the EVP of International Business Development and the Plant-Based Business Unit Leader. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across international business development, plant-based initiatives, and related plant operations (Lake Country Dairy & Montfort).
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Team Coordination: Partner with Ian's import/export teams and Keith's plant/business teams (Lake Country Dairy and Montfort) to schedule, route updates, and keep priorities moving.
- Executive-Level Service: Confidently select strong options for restaurants, hotels, transportation, and experiences aligned to executive standards and preferences.
- Personal Assistant Support (as needed): Ticket purchasing, vehicle servicing appointments, golf times, reservations, and personal logistics.
- Other duties as assigned
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Facilitate communication between executives and cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Executive/ Family Coordination: When the broader family travels together or schedules converge, coordinate closely with SVP, Executive Administration to ensure seamless planning and coverage.
- Project & Operational Support
- Assist with project tracking and follow-up on action items.
- Support initiatives related to import/export compliance and plant-based business development.
- Coordinate activities and reporting for Lake Country Dairy and Montfort plants.
- Administrative Excellence
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Education, Qualities and Skills Required:
- Minimum of Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives; experience in international travel preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Work Environment:
Typical office working environment which includes a workstation equipped with a computer and other office supplies necessary for daily tasks. Typically climate-controlled to provide a comfortable working temperature year-round.
Lighting is usually a mix of natural and artificial sources to ensure sufficient lamination.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salaried position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Expectations of 45 hours per week, to be worked during normal business hours. This position will typically work in office three days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday; however, additional onsite days may be required based on the schedules of the Executives.

Compensation and Benefits:
The budgeted salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000, with a 10% annual bonus potential.
