Must-Have Skills:
- 7 years of experience in server/storage administration with 5 years on NetApp ONTAP and 3 years on Cohesity
- Strong knowledge of NAS/SAN protocols (NFS, SMB, Fibre Channel), VMware vSphere, and storage integrations
- Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash), and backup/DR solutions
Nice to Have Skills:
- NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, NCSA) and experience with cloud-integrated solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and cybersecurity/compliance frameworks
