Must-Have Skills:

• 10 years of project management experience in an onsite-offshore delivery model, including 2 years in energy and utilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing distributed teams and resolving issues efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, data-driven solutions, and AI/ML technologies
• Experience delivering analytics or ML/AI projects
