Recruiter - Sales

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support Sales and Commercial hiring. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and drive the process through offer and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Lead recruiting kickoffs and sourcing strategy discussions.
• Track pipeline metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Maintain strong communication and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for Sales/Commercial organizations or GTM.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to manage pipelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
