Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing eDiscovery teams and workloads of similar size and complexity, including resource allocation and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, workflow management, and quality control.
- Ability to effectively coordinate staff, prioritize workloads, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in an eDiscovery program or platform such as Concordance, Relativity, Relativity One, or Clearwell.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex eDiscovery projects.
