Must-Have Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience providing IT desktop support, including troubleshooting Windows-based systems, POS devices, and basic networking issues.
- Experience using ticketing systems, meeting SLA requirements, and supporting LAN/WAN environments.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Spanish.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting POS systems such as Radiant, VeriFone, Fiscal, Passport, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience supporting retail or convenience store (c-store) environments.
