Must-Have Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to resolving technical issues.
• Solid analytical skills to diagnose and understand user-reported problems.
• Prior customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to support and assist users effectively.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with help desk operations, IT support procedures, or technical troubleshooting environments.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and common enterprise applications.
