Must-Have Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, communications operations, marketing operations, agency account management, or a similar cross-functional operations role.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Communications, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners) and proficiency with project management/collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting contracts, procurement, invoicing, budgets, or vendor management.
- Background supporting corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications teams.
