- Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support transformation.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in government, public health, finance, or other regulated environments.
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, or business analysis training/certification.
