Airport Brand Ambassador

Job Title: Airport Brand Ambassador
Location: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Philadelphia, PA
Pay rate: $25/hr. (fixed on W2 or 1099)
Duration: Contract – 2 months
Schedule: Approximately 30-40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (variable hours)
• Morning: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Evening: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Overview:

We're seeking energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to help create a seamless rideshare pickup experience for travelers at Philadelphia International Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced airport environment, assist travelers, and represent a leading transportation platform.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
• • Customer Service
  • Brand Ambassador
  • Airport Operations
  • Event Logistics
  • Traffic or Parking Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airport experience.
• Familiarity with airport layouts and passenger flow.
• Experience assisting customers with mobile applications or technology.
