Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Location: Charleston, SC – Airport
Job Type: Contract | 100% Onsite
Duration: 6-month contract with high potential of extension.
Schedule: Full Availability, any 7.5 hours- 30–40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Position Overview
We are seeking a personable and reliable Brand Ambassador to support customer experiences and day-to-day operations at a busy airport environment. This role combines customer service, brand representation, traffic coordination, and real-time operational support.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 01 year or more experience in guest relations, hospitality, airport/aviation operations, events, promotional/brand representation, parking, traffic, or similar customer-facing operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and explaining basic technical features to customers.
- Reliable transportation/ability to commute consistently to Charleston Airport.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
You are Desired if you have;
- Previous experience working in an airport or large, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with airport terminals and aviation procedures.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to handle materials weighing approximately 40 lbs.
