- Experience collaborating between IT and business teams, supporting business processes and process improvement.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3 years as a Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, plus familiarity with basic programming concepts.
- Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with business software tools.
