Must-Have Skills
- 2 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or government-sponsored health programs, including customer service or medical billing
- 2 years handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Call center experience. Background in human resources or health insurance
- Bilingual candidates preferred. Knowledge of healthcare terminology
