- Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper documents, to support office operations.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients as needed.
- Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while supporting client communication efforts.
Skills
