This role handles quoting, proposals, documentation, CRM updates, and coordination across internal teams. By owning administrative tasks and follow-through, the Sales Administrator allows sales representatives and leaders to stay focused on selling, relationships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Documentation
- Draft quotes, proposals, PowerPoints, and basic sales documents
- Organize sales files, pricing spreadsheets, and customer documentation
- Support scheduling for sales calls, labs, evaluations, or internal meetings
- Enter notes, tasks, pricing submissions, and opportunity info into CRM
- Maintain clean contact lists, account information, and engagement records
- Track outstanding follow-ups, deadlines, or proposal status
- Support coordination of field needs for trials, samples, orders, or literature
- Assist with onboarding checklists and account setup for new representatives
- Support preparation for meetings, events, and product launches
- Serve as a first-line contact for routine sales and administrative inquiries
- Coordinate communication between sales, operations, contracting, and inventory
- Administrative or office coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills and communication
- Competence with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple requests at once
- Proven ability to manage complex priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow through, work independently, and handle confidential topics with care
- Strong comfort with Microsoft Suites, ChatGPT and CRM (e.g., Salesforce etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a relationship-driven, high-accountability culture where follow-through and attention to detail are essential
