Position Summary
The Spine Product Manager is responsible for leading the growth and technical execution of the Arthrex Spine portfolio within the agency. This role combines strategic sales leadership with advanced clinical expertise, supporting spine surgeons through education, operating room consultation, and product adoption.
The Spine Product Manager serves as the resident technical expert for spine-related products, including implants, biologics, and soft tissue solutions. This individual works with intensity, discipline, and strategic focus to achieve territory sales objectives aligned with the broader organizational vision.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Territory Performance
- Meet and exceed assigned Spine sales quotas and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with agency and Arthrex initiatives
- Increase adoption of Arthrex spine technologies within assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand surgeon utilization
- Cross-sell complementary products within the Arthrex portfolio
Surgeon Engagement & Clinical Support
- Schedule and conduct regular in-person meetings with spine surgeons
- Educate surgeons on instrumentation, techniques, and clinical advantages
- Provide technical consultation and case support in the operating room
- Increase surgeon exposure to new spinal techniques and technologies
- Maintain advanced knowledge of spine anatomy, indications, and procedural workflows
Account Development & Market Strategy
- Communicate product updates, portfolio changes, and educational opportunities
- Identify customer needs and develop strategic solutions through written, telephone, and in-person communication
- Implement effective marketing strategies to position Arthrex competitively
- Address and resolve account concerns promptly and professionally
- Gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends
Leadership & Field Development
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to Sales Representatives and Associates
- Transfer product knowledge and best practices to elevate field competency
- Maintain ongoing development in sales skills, clinical expertise, and business applications
- Participate in sales meetings and professional association events as required
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Uphold strict adherence to Company compliance policies and Code of Conduct

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated sales success in the spine implant industry or relevant surgical team experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships within the spine, orthopedic, and biologics markets
- Operating room experience required
- Comfort working in spine surgery and high-acuity environments
