Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Oakland, CA, for a Senior Regional Property Manager. The ideal candidate will lead property management operations across assigned regions by overseeing property performance, budget management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring property teams, developing strategic plans to achieve financial and operational goals, addressing maintenance and tenant concerns, and fostering relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders. The Senior Regional Property Manager will also identify opportunities for operational improvements and ensure efficient use of resources to align with the company's mission of creating thriving communities.
Qualifications
- Property Management Expertise: Extensive knowledge of property management practices, budgeting, compliance regulations, and tenant relations.
