Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Oakland, CA, for a Senior Regional Property Manager. The ideal candidate will lead property management operations across assigned regions by overseeing property performance, budget management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring property teams, developing strategic plans to achieve financial and operational goals, addressing maintenance and tenant concerns, and fostering relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders. The Senior Regional Property Manager will also identify opportunities for operational improvements and ensure efficient use of resources to align with the company's mission of creating thriving communities.

Qualifications

• Property Management Expertise: Extensive knowledge of property management practices, budgeting, compliance regulations, and tenant relations.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing local and global teams effectively across multiple properties.
• Strategic Planning Abilities: Proven ability to develop and execute operational and financial strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at fostering relationships with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving maintenance and operational challenges.
• Proficiency with Technology: Familiarity with property management software and other technology-enabled solutions to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred), along with relevant certifications such as CPM, ARM, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of property management experience with 5 years in a leadership role managing regional portfolios.
