Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scheduling Assistant, located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Additional duties include providing support to both internal staff and external stakeholders, efficiently managing workflows, and maintaining effective communication channels across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
