Scheduling Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling needs of direct care staff to meet staff-to-patient ratios in all inpatient programs in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer, Assistant Director of Nursing, Milieu Manager, and Campus Supervisors.  Coordinates the assignment of pool and float staff to supplement program schedule vacancies and staffing needs.  Performs direct care duties on an as-needed basis.  Performs responsibilities in accordance with the facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Certification required
• Must be at least 21 years of age required
• One to two years of healthcare staff scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge and use of UKG Workforce Pro & Workday scheduling software preferred
• Successfully complete a drug test
• Successfully pass a national background check

Our team of dedicated professionals provides crisis stabilization and medication management to patients who have disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, paranoia and schizophrenia. We provide a secure haven for patients who are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts. We can help patients regain their sense of self-worth. Our adult inpatient mental health treatment is for individuals over the age of 18 with severe mental illness that is impacting their ability to function.
