What are the responsibilities and job description for the Women's Wellness Coach position at Artemis Wellness Studio?
Position Overview
At Artemis Wellness Studio, coaching is more than leading workouts—it’s about guiding women through every season of life with intention, education, and support.
Our Women’s Wellness Coaches are responsible for delivering a high-touch, relationship-based coaching experience that integrates strength training, nutrition guidance, lifestyle awareness, and hormonal education. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and aligned—not just in the gym, but in their everyday lives.

- Lead small group strength-based and HIIT training sessions with a focus on proper form, safety, and progression
- Provide individualized support within a group setting
- Guide members through habit-based nutrition and lifestyle practices
- Support clients through different life stages (fat loss, strength building, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal shifts, etc.)
- Conduct Alignment Sessions (goal setting, progress reviews, lifestyle check-ins)
- Track and communicate client progress in a meaningful, motivating way
- Build genuine relationships with members to create a strong, supportive community
- Educate clients in a way that empowers them—not overwhelms them
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Who You Are
- Passionate about women’s health, fitness, and long-term wellness
- A strong communicator who can connect, motivate, and lead with confidence
- Growth-minded and open to continued education
- Empathetic, but able to hold clients accountable
