Childcare Team Member

Position Overview

At Artemis Wellness Studio, we understand that for many women, showing up for themselves starts with knowing their children are safe, cared for, and happy.

Our Mini Mode Childcare Team Members create a warm, engaging, and secure environment for children while their moms are in session. This role is essential to the overall Artemis experience—providing peace of mind for our members and a positive, fun space for their children.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and engage children in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Lead age-appropriate activities (play, crafts, quiet time, etc.)
• Ensure all children are signed in/out properly and safely released to parents
• Maintain awareness of each child’s needs, behaviors, and any instructions from parents
• Keep the childcare space organized, sanitized, and inviting
• Communicate clearly and kindly with both parents and team members
• Respond calmly and appropriately to any situations that arise

Qualifications (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
• CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Background in early childhood, education, or related field is a plus

Expectations

• Prioritize safety at all times
• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
• Follow all studio policies and childcare procedures
• Maintain professionalism while creating a warm, welcoming space
• Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly

Pay: $17.00 per hour
