Project Manager

Artemis Connection is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from planning through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met with high quality. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, proactive risk management, and clear communication with stakeholders at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Working onsite in Mountain View, CA, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain momentum, remove obstacles, and drive consistent progress toward project goals.

• Plan, organize, and manage project workstreams to deliver results on time and within scope.

• Coordinate across teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support smooth execution.

• Track project progress, budgets, and key milestones; report status and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.

• Facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly managed.

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through delivery.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and diverse teams.

• Experience tracking project progress using structured project management practices.

• Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA.

• Experience working in environments that require cross-functional collaboration and fast turnaround.

• Familiarity with common project planning and delivery methodologies.

• Record of improving processes to increase efficiency and predictability in project execution.

• Experience presenting project status, risks, and decisions to leadership.

Hourly rate: $40.00
