- Position Summary
- The Executive Consultant supports the SCPMG Quality and Systems of Care pillar by organizing, developing materials and managing programs that promote quality, collaboration and operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving executive level project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

- Project Execution

- Program Management
- Manages large-scale programs or components with multiple workstreams and strategic goals across departments or regions.
- Develops, analyzes, and manages complex program plans including scope, schedule, interdependencies, and complexity.
- Monitors program financials and performance to ensure long-term value delivery; adjusts plans as needed in fluid environments.
- Leads organizational change management activities including user adoption, implementation, and training plans.
- Communicates clear program goals and objectives.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates program risks and issues.
