Required Skills & Qualifications
- AS400/iSeries expertise. Good working knowledge of AS/400 iSeries, RPG, and CL
- Experience with IBM Connect Direct for data transfer, Turnover for Change Management, and IBM Advanced job scheduler
- Proficient in Linux, SQL, Python, Java, and messaging platforms
- Experience with monitoring tools e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS Geneos
- 5 years of strong application support experience in the banking/finance industry
- Experience with Autosys, Ansible, Grafana, Grid computing
- Education at degree level in engineering or science discipline
- Good Knowledge of infrastructure systems, platforms, databases (SQL and DB2), middleware
- Knowledge of ITIL (Remedy/ServiceNow), Jira
- Good understanding of ITIL concepts around Incident, Problem, Capacity, and Change management
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Lead incidents as they occur and adapt flexibly to shifting priorities or changing conditions
- Analyze logs using common UNIX syntax and other systems/tools
