What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Administration Coordinator position at Art Sphere Inc.?
Art Sphere Inc. is seeking a highly organized, thoughtful, and mission-driven Volunteer Administration Coordinator to help support and strengthen our growing team of more than 200 volunteers.
This is not a typical volunteer position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, mentoring volunteers, improving processes, and helping an organization operate more effectively behind the scenes.
For the past five years, this role has been led by an extraordinary volunteer whose leadership helped strengthen our onboarding systems, volunteer communications, technology infrastructure, and organizational operations. As she begins an exciting new chapter in higher education, we are seeking someone ready to build upon that foundation.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
✔ Volunteer Management
✔ Project Management
✔ Human Resources
✔ Nonprofit Operations
✔ Education Administration
✔ Technology & Systems Management
✔ Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, or Process Improvement
What you'll do:
- Support volunteer onboarding and engagement
• Help improve organizational systems workflows, and database management
• Collaborate with our Administration, IT, and Power Apps teams
• Strengthen training and knowledge-sharing processes
• Help create a welcoming and supportive volunteer experience
