Responsibilities include:
-Operate and manage all kitchen matters including ordering and food processing.
-Broadline and Produce ordering/negotiating
-Coordinating catering orders
-Provide troubleshooting to managers and staff either in store or mobile
-Sustain effective communication with ownership
We are a fresh quick service restaurant located throughout New Jersey. We specialize in chopped salads, sandwiches, soups, fresh juices and smoothies, always produced in house.
