In this role, you’ll assist with lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, drainage solutions, and hardscape projects. We take pride in quality work and treating our team like family.

Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and general property upkeep
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls, masonry features)
- Complete lawn care services such as aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and seasonal snow removal
- Help install and maintain drainage and irrigation systems
- Assist with excavation and site preparation as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required (clean driving record preferred)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Maintain, Service- All Equipment Daily
Experience
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment preferred
- Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or irrigation is beneficial
- Ability to operate Dump trucks and trailers is a plus
Schedule: 32–40 hours per week | Monday–Saturday (Flexible Schedule)
Pay: Hourly rate $25|Hr
