Art Moehn Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join the service group.
Position Summary:
The Service BDC Representative coordinates and monitors the activity of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction. Schedules service appointments and follow up with customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis through in-coming/outgoing phone calls, email, text, or other necessary communication channels in order to schedule service appointments.
- Schedule follow-up contact when appointments are not created.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to become proficient with overall service programs, and understanding the details associated with each program.
- Keep informed of open recalls regarding vehicles, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources.
- Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer communications.
- Communicate efficiently with service advisors and parts specialists to ensure availability of repair parts and ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
Qualifications:
- Able to type proficiently while speaking with guests on the phone.
- Exceptional customer service communication skills.
- Strong phone, email and texting presence is necessary.
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screen testing.
- Experience with Xtime and Reynolds software a plus.
Salary : $15 - $20
