What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper & Office Manager position at Art Artisans Consulting?
Bookkeeper & Office Manager

Art Artisans Consulting
Art Artisans is the go-to commercial art consultant in Texas. We partner with real estate developers, companies, and design teams to bring meaningful art installations to life, from concept through installation.
We thrive in the details. Our work requires coordinating artists, vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders while keeping the human experience front and center. The result is art that creates connection, joy, and impact in commercial spaces and a team that takes pride in both the work we deliver and how we work together.
Behind every successful project is a strong operational foundation. That’s where this role comes in.

This role is ideal for someone who likes being the person others rely on, enjoys keeping things organized and accurate, and takes initiative. If you’re someone who cares about doing things right and making them better over time, you’ll thrive here.
Our Team & Culture
We’re a small, fast-moving, high-accountability team that values Relentless Excellence, Creative Courage, and Positive Impact (see core values below). We’re collaborative, direct, and supportive, and we genuinely enjoy working together.
Days can be busy and sometimes scrappy, but we care about quality, clear communication, and treating each other well. If you like being part of a team where your work truly matters and your voice is welcomed, this will feel like a great fit.

Our Core Values
Relentless Excellence
We are driven by a desire to be exceptional. We’re lifelong learners who understand that mastering your craft requires fierce enthusiasm, wholehearted devotion, and reliable follow-through, and we’re here for all of it. We believe in ourselves and each other, and when hard things happen, we figure it out together.
Creative Courage
We are natural innovators who light up at the chance to run with an idea, and we don't wait for permission to do so. No one has to tell us to push boundaries or think bigger; it's just how we work. We hold zero space for the mindset of "that's how it's always been done,” instead proposing and championing bold, unexpected solutions that challenge the status quo.
Positive Impact
We leave everything better than we found it – our projects, our client relationships, and each other. Whether curating an installation that sparks joy or supporting a teammate who needs a hand, we show up with generosity, intention, and pride in what we do. Our energy matters, and we choose to make it a force for good. Through our work and our actions, we create beauty, foster connection, and elevate those around us.
