What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autism Waiver Therapy Lead Technician position at Arrows Behavior Therapy and Consulting?

This is a fast paced, energetic work environment. The right candidate must be a self starter, disciplined, and organized in their work style. This position entails working one on one with children who have Autism in their homes and the community to promote learning and independence.
This is a part-time position with the possibility of turning into full-time. The candidate must be reliable and available to work evenings and some possible weekends.
Typically about 6 hours per week, evening hours, with occasional weekends
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with clients in the home or community
- Implement daily programming and report to Therapist
- Data collection and graphing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
Requirements:
- Ability to pass background check (including both adult and child maltreatment checks)
- Available to work every day (weekdays, evenings, and weekends)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Some experience with Autism is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
