Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for impactful event planning and talent acquisition? Our client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Operations and Innovation, to lead large-scale conferences and recruiting events. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of event logistics, vendor relations, marketing campaigns, and CRM communications to attract diverse talent. You’ll facilitate team meetings, track progress, and provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or related field required
- Minimum 4 years supporting event or conference planning; recruiting or Diversity & Inclusion experience a plus
- Proficiency with Talent CRM systems such as SmartRecruiters, Phenom, or Yello; experience with project management or event tech (e.g., Asana) preferred
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Independent worker with strong team collaboration skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
