Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to become an integral part of their team. This vital role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to proposal development, and ensure smooth daily operations—all while supporting a growing industry leader dedicated to innovative, sustainable solutions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Proposal Coordinator within civil engineering or construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
- Proven proposal writing and RFP coordination experience, including formatting and submitting bid packages.
- Familiarity with civil engineering terminology, such as land development, transportation, NEPA, and CEQA, is a plus.
