The PMHNP will also work collaboratively with therapists and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including monitoring effectiveness and side effects
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with therapists to support integrated care and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in case consultations and care coordination with the clinical team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Furnishing number and DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
- Ability to diagnose and prescribe independently within scope of practice
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience in outpatient mental health or telehealth settings preferred
- 1099 independent contractor
