Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversees daily plant operations and coordinates cross-departmental activities (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to maximize throughput, efficiency, and delivery performance.

Safety & Compliance: Enforces a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program. Ensures continuous OSHA compliance, routine safety audits, employee training, and zero-harm workplace standards.

Quality & Inventory Control: Ensures finished goods conform strictly to specifications. Monitors inventory levels to support production requirements without overstocking material.

Financial Management: Manages plant operating budgets, controls manufacturing costs, tracks monthly KPIs, and delivers regular performance reports to executive leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Proposes and executes capital projects, lean initiatives, and process changes to improve plant profitability and quality.
Qualifications

Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze operational data, troubleshoot complex production issues, establish facts, and implement corrective actions.

Education & Experience
