Key Responsibilities:

Production & Planning:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor production output, analyze data, and adjust operations to ensure targets are met.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to minimize waste and ensure a smooth production flow.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff.

Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.

Oversee workforce planning, including scheduling, timekeeping, and managing staffing levels.

Process Improvement & Efficiency:

Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Utilize lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.

Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Maintenance & Equipment:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Qualifications:
