Job Summary:
Arrowhead Talent Solutions is helping a non-profit organization in Barberton, OH fill their Human Resource Administrator role. This role will support their office and HR team by ensuring efficient coordination, communication and execution of key admin processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day HR operations including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and department coordination while serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and processes.
- Maintains accurate, confidential HR records across all systems (HRIS, personnel files, shared drives) and prepares recurring reports and correspondence across HR functions.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, trainings, and company-wide events, including materials preparation, follow-up tracking, and vendor/stakeholder communication.
- Supports development and ongoing maintenance of SOPs, forms, and HR documentation while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assists with expense tracking and reconciliation, maintains HR calendars, and provides cross-functional backup to ensure continuity of HR operations.

Qualification:
