Arrowhead Security Corporation is hiring a full-time, experienced Site Supervisor to lead the security and concierge team at a luxury residential condominium in Aventura, FL.
What you’ll do
- Oversee daily security and concierge operations across all posts.
- Conduct rover patrols of the property.
- Make sure post orders and procedures are followed, and coach and correct officers as needed.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for property management.
- Review and submit daily activity and incident reports.
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, onboarding and site training.
- Respond to escalated incidents and resident concerns.
Requirements
- Active Florida Class D Security Officer License (required)
- 2 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong leadership, communication and report-writing skills
- Comfortable with email, scheduling tools and incident reporting software
- Available for full-time day, afternoon or evening shifts as needed
- Must pass a background check
Preferred
- Residential, condominium or hospitality security background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
