Arrowhead Security Corporation is hiring full-time licensed Security Officers for a luxury residential condominium in Aventura, FL. Day, afternoon and evening shifts are available.
What you’ll do
- Staff the front gate house: verify and log residents, guests, vendors and deliveries following access-control procedures.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the property, garage, amenities and perimeter.
- Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity and policy violations, and respond according to post orders.
- Write clear daily activity and incident reports.
- Provide courteous, professional service to residents and guests.
- Escort pest control, inspection and other vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Active Florida Class D Security Officer License (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods
- Available for full-time day, afternoon or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check
Preferred
- Experience in residential, condominium or hospitality security
- Valid Florida driver’s license (for patrol cart or vehicle duties)
