How You Will Contribute
- Respond to all inquiries within prescribed timelines; route calls elsewhere as needed.
- Manage renewal account list.
- Provide risk management and insurance guidance to custom account clients.
- Evaluate service requests from custom account clients and determine the best method to respond in compliance with standard industry protocols.
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance, ensuring policy coverage aligns with contractual requirements.
- Assist with any follow-up submission items that may be required.
- Update direct bill/agency bill status as needed.
- Manage client relationships.
- Any other job-related duties as may be assigned.
- Active Indiana Property and Casualty License (or obtain within 3 months of hire date).
- High school diploma/GED.
- One to three years of experience in insurance-related customer service position.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and ability to quickly adapt to internal proprietary software programs.
- Excellent verbal and digital communication skills.
- Perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

- Critical eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
