We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic with two offices (in the Northwest Valley and in North Phoenix) looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with patient check in/out, answering phones, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and authorization and data entry. Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
We are seeking someone who is kind, respectful, reliable, and professional and has a passion for serving our patients and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years medical office experience. Physical Therapy knowledge is helpful, and salary is negotiable based upon experience.
