Job Details
- Location: Duluth, MN
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
- Schedule: Full Time
- Hours: 40hrs/week
- Weekends: As needed
- Holidays: As needed
- Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services and operations meet the requirements of Minnesota Statutes and Rules related to 245D licensing.
- Program Management: Oversee the implementation and quality of service plans, ensuring they are individualized and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities to maintain a high level of care and service.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected. Work closely with clients and their families to address concerns and enhance their quality of life. Conduct client intake, admissions and assessments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by licensing standards. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in a human service field and a minimum of 1-year of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
OR
- 2-year degree in a human service field and a minimum of 2-years of full-time experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities
OR
- Minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities.
OR
- 4-years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities.
- Ability to pass a background study
- A valid Driver’s License
- 18 years old
Preferred Qualification
- Knowledge of state and federal requirements as they relate to 245D license regulations
- Experience with Google Suites
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions
