What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at ARROWHEAD COUNTRY CLUB?
Arrowhead is accepting applications for motivated, experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as a Restaurant server to provide excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience for our members and their guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, operating our POS system, delivering their food and beverages, and clearing their tables when finished as well as daily side work obligations. Previous customer service/ serving experience is highly recommended but not necessary.

*** Daytime shifts start at 11am until ~ 3:00 pm ***
*** Evening shifts start at 3:45 PM until ~ 9:00 pm ***
Must meet state minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet members and present menu's
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Detail any features/ specials
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
