Role Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the first point of contact for healthcare providers struggling with denial management. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with practices losing significant revenue to denied claims. You'll manage your territory, create strategic outreach campaigns, and build relationships with key decision-makers.


Success in this role means understanding the complexities of healthcare billing, identifying practices with the greatest need for our solution, and articulating how Arrow can add hundreds of thousands in additional revenue to their bottom line. This is a high-impact role where your success directly contributes to helping healthcare providers recover more revenue and focus more time on patient care.
