Warehouse Associate
Load/Unload– Appliances, Recycling & Waste Processing
Location: Bloomfield, CT 06002
Schedule:
Shift #2 Mon-Thurs 5pm-3:30am
Pay Rate: $17.97/hr
Position Overview:
We’re hiring reliable and physically capable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associate. This role involves unloading trucks, handling large appliances, processing recycling and trash, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with heavy lifting and fast-paced, labor-intensive work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and production lines
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the workspace
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 70 lbs. consistently
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
