Dispatch / Customer Service Representative
Location: Tinley Park, IL 60164
Schedule: Shift - 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics and customer communication operations. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driver check-ins and assist with dispatch coordination
- Review delivery photos and verify delivery completion details
- Manage schedules and update dispatch information as needed
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and emails
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on issues
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
