Inside Sales Specialist – $15–$16/hr Monthly Commission

Arrow Termite & Pest Control is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support our sales team through customer service, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, and phone-based sales.
Arrow Termite & Pest Control is an established, locally operated company serving customers throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. We take pride in providing dependable service to our customers and creating a supportive team environment for our employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, inside sales, insurance, medical scheduling, hospitality, or office administration who enjoys working with people and wants an opportunity to earn commission.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and internet leads and provide professional customer service.
- Schedule estimate appointments and WDIR inspections with Account Managers.
- Explain Arrow's services, inspection procedures, and fees to homeowners, Realtors, contractors, and new homeowners.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, unsold estimates, and new service opportunities.
- Contact new homeowners to introduce Arrow's services and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Work with builders and construction companies to obtain new homeowner information and update customer accounts.
- Follow up with Account Managers on unsold, unscheduled, or unpaid jobs and help keep sales schedules filled.
- Assist with WDIR reports, sales paperwork, reports, and other sales-related administrative tasks.
- Provide Account Managers and the Regional Sales Manager with customer follow-up, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate customer and account information and detailed work order instructions.
- Monitor voicemail, email, Slack, and other lead sources and respond to customers promptly.
- Assist with customer payments, sales reporting, weekly sales meetings, and other projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of customer service, sales, call center, appointment-setting, or office experience preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Customer-focused with the ability to identify opportunities and ask for the appointment or sale.
- Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$15–$16/hour monthly commission
$35,000–$45,000 total annual earning potential, including commission based on services you sell over the phone
