Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Montclair, CA 91763
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Arrow Staffing is currently hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for a busy warehouse in Montclair! If you have warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Duties:

• Pack and label merchandise for shipment

• Receive, sort, stock, and organize inventory

• Pick and prepare customer orders

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts

• Assemble shelving and maintain warehouse organization

• Keep the work area clean and safe

• Meet daily productivity and quality goals

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, or order fulfillment experience preferred

• RF scanner and basic computer experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift

• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements

• Must be able to work the full scheduled shift
